Music Society

Currently, we have five disciplines; DJ, Live, Trad, Voice, and Tech.

• For Live we have Open Mic. It is a guaranteed good night, full of singer-songwriters, disco divas, ballads and the occasional 90's classic.
• We have ‘Voice’ sessions for all those choir lovers out there. Come and join for a super fun social outlet to warm up those vocals. We cover a wide variety of music from old classics to modern hits that we adapt to suit our members. Whether you've had choir experience or not these voice sessions are for everyone!!
• Jam Sessions will be in-person sessions in the Schuman where people can join and perform, get feedback or just a round of applause. You can also find new friends to collab with, get tips, learn new songs, improve your skills and build your confidence performing. 
• For Tech, training sessions take place throughout the semester so make sure to keep an eye out for the next one. You will be shown how to use all the equipment in the Music Room and get hands-on experience helping set up for Open Mic and DJ nights!
• The DJ's are back, turning it up to 11!
• For Trad, we are having weekly sessions for a bit of ceol agus craic! Bring along your instrument or just come to experience some Irish culture.
