The club runs two training groups. Our Track and Field group focuses on sprints, hurdles and field events with a view towards both indoor and outdoor track and field competition. If you are new to the sport and are looking for somewhere to improve your speed and power this is your place to be.
Our Endurance group welcomes athletes of all abilities from first time joggers to elite international athletes. The group's goal is to help everyone achieve their endurance running goals no matter how long or short they may be.
The club competes annually in the Irish Universities Athletics Associations in the Road Relay, Indoor, Cross Country and Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
