A bit about me:
My name is Ronan Mannix and I'm your new Student Academic officer for the 23/24 academic year. I recently finished my 4 years in LM095 here at UL, it was so good I needed to stay for one more year! I am a social and approachable person so you may often see me around campus or The Stables. I'm willing to work hard to create an amazing college experience for everyone, so don’t be afraid to reach out.
How can I support you this academic year?
As Academic Officer, I am committed to creating an inclusive learning environment that allows all students to reach their full potential. To achieve this, I will focus on establishing clear expectations for student performance, enhancing accessibility to academic resources, and creating an inclusive learning environment.
What do I want to achieve in this role?
The main thing I hope to achieve is to assist each and every student with any queries or questions they might have. I want every student to have the best and most hassle-free academic experience possible.

Where can you find me? Well, as I said before, I’m a social person and there’s no better man to be found in The Stables than me. If by any chance I’m not there I can be found in the UL Student Life building during designated hours or you can email me at any time.
