Summer Teaching Job in China

Teach in an after school training centre in Jiangsu Province China. Starting salary for unexperienced teachers is 20,000 RMB monthly after tax, increasing to 23,000 after tax for those with at least a years teaching experience. Teaching hours will not exceed 20 hours per week, leaving plenty of time to immerse yourself in the local culture. Summer Camp Support Workers

Location: Limerick

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Summer Camp Support Worker who will be based in Limerick/Ennis/Nenagh on an Enable Ireland, summer camp programme.

Location: Limerick/ Clare/ North Tipperary

Contract Type: Specific Purpose approx. 20 hours per week during July and August

The Role
The purpose of the role is to work as part of a team to provide summer camps during July and August to children with complex disabilities and their families in the Limerick/Clare/North Tipperary area.

The Successful candidate will have:

Essential Criteria
• Hold a qualification in child care at a minimum of QQI level 5
Or
A health/social care degree or evidence of working towards completion of same
Or
Nursing degree or evidence of working towards completion of same
Or
A Teaching or ECCE degree or evidence of working towards completion of same
• Have Experience of working with children/young people or people with disabilities.

Desirable Criteria
• Full driver’s license
• Commitment to working in partnership with parents/carers and children in a family centred manner
• Manual Handling Training
• Good knowledge of child protection & child development
