Where Can I Buy a Leap Card?
A TFI Leap Card is a prepaid travel card that is the easiest way to pay your fare on public transport around Ireland. It is valid on busses, trains, DARTs and Luas trams in and around Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Waterford, Sligo, Athlone, Kilkenny and Wexford city and town services throughout Ireland.
UL Student Life is a printing agent for Transport for Ireland Leap Card. We can print the Student Card and the Child (Age 16-18) Leap Card. All other cards (including Young Adult 19-23) are posted directly from TFI Leap Card to the address given in your application.

- Once you have completed your application online, we can print your card at our Information & Services Desk.
- Please have your online application completed in advance of visiting our desk.
- Proof of student eligibility is required so we will need to see a Student Card or letter of registration from your University/College.
Please note: We are unable to print cards for anyone other than the applicant. We are located in the main courtyard in UL. Our Eircode is V94 N90F.
