Information & Services Desk

If you have a query about the university or student life in general, our helpful Information & Services team is here to assist you. The Information & Services desk is located at the entrance of the student centre. You can also email studentcentre@ul.ie. For quick support, below are answers to some of our most commonly asked questions.

UL Student Centre

The student centre is the heart of UL Student Life. The student centre is where you will find a range of student facilities along with your student officers, UL Student Life staff and clubs & societies administrators. The 'Information & Services' desk is located at the entrance to the student centre. If you have a question or a matter that you'd like to resolve, our helpful team will assist you in whatever way they can. You can also email studentcentre@ul.ie. 

Opening Hours: (During semester)
Monday to Thursday:
9.00am to 12.30pm & 1.30pm to 9.00pm  
Friday:
9.00am to 12.30pm & 1.30 to 4 pm

 

Common Room and Games Room

These are great places to chill out, chat with friends and enjoy your lunch. In our games room you will find pool tables, table tennis, a jukebox, a free mobile phone charging station and vending machines. The common room has a re-heat station where you can re-heat your food for free. There are also two water refill stations located in the UL Student Life building. There is one downstairs to the right of the 'Information & Services’ desk and one upstairs near the games room entrance..

Hynan Travel Tours

Hynan Travel operate tours throughout the semester to top tourist destinations around Ireland. These tickets are available for purchase from UL Student Life Information & Service Desk. Frequent destinations include the Cliffs of Moher, Guinness Storehouse, Aran Island and the Ring of Kerry. Keep an eye on UL Student Life’s social media pages for upcoming tours and destinations. Tickets start from €35.00.
