Fulfilling and Dispatching Orders

We will endeavour to fulfil and dispatch, all in stock items, within 72 hours of receiving the order. UL Student Life dispatches orders Monday to Friday between 9:00am and-5:00pm.  UL Student Life does not dispatch orders during weekends, Bank holidays and Public holidays, and is closed for Click and Collect during this time.

Pre-Order and Custom Designed Products

Pre-order and custom designed items are not available for immediate dispatch. A timeline for purchase and fulfilment of these products will be outlined in their product description. However, these timelines are subject to change, and customers will be notified of any changes in the timeline for purchase or fulfilment of these products.

Shipping – Ireland

For orders under 500g, and subject to size restrictions, we offer standard post at rates for 100g, 250g and 500g. A Post will deliver these orders and a tracking number will not be provided.

Shipping – International      

For International Shipping our service provider is An Post and rates are outlined at the checkout process.

Click & Collect

UL Student Life offers a Click & Collect service, which is available Monday to Friday 9am-9pm (term time) and 9am-4pm on Friday. If Click & Collect is selected at checkout, please allow 24 hours before collecting your order.

Please note that Click and Collect items must be collected with 72 hours of your collection notification, or the purchase will be refunded and resold.
